Dinesh Sharma.

Dinesh is an experienced software professional, trainer and executive coach who has worked since 1996 in the professional software development field. He has worked on some of the most complex product development anywhere in the world, including many large, financial services (UBS, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale) government departments (UK Home Office), aerospace (Raytheon), Travel (Lastminute.com, SITA.aero), Retail (Argos, ASOS), Gaming (Gamesys) and global consultancies (Cognizant, E&Y). 

His work involves advising on agile at scale, business agility, culture change, and team capability building. 

Although based in London, Dinesh has international and varied experience having worked in the US, Europe, India and London and with various size organizations. 

Dinesh is a Certified LeSS Trainer and Extreme Programming (XP) Practitioner and advocate. His work includes giving a wide range of training, workshops, team coaching and management consulting. 

When not working he likes to listen to Indian classic music, listen to his elder son playing piano and playing cricket with his younger son.
